AIDS United’s Transgender Leadership Initiative is happy to invite you to our upcoming 2026 SHOUT (Supporting HIV Opportunities and Unifying Trans Youth of Color) series. This 4-part virtual program aims to equip BIPOC trans and non-binary youth, young adults, and students with skills in mental health, community wellness, and leadership. With these skills, we aim to increase confidence and mental health wellness within BIPOC trans and non-binary leaders.
The BIPOC trans and non-binary mental health clinicians and public health professionals who lead this series will cover the following topics:
- Becoming a leader as a BIPOC trans and non-binary person (January 26)
- Using authenticity and values to lead (February 20)
- Preventing burnout and caring for your mental health while leading (March 26)
- Uplifting and empowering your peers and community (April 22)
