To join PFLAG Lower Columbia, submit the online form below or download our printable PFLAGLC Membership and Donation Form-Oct 2024 and mail it with a check to the address on the form.

Membership is $35 per household (includes PFLAG National membership). Membership year is from October 1 to Seotember 30.

Because PFLAG Lower Columbia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dues and donations may be tax deductible.
